Identified

Honeywell Home devices (Round/T5/T6/WLD/L1/T9/T10/T10+) controlled through the Resideo App cannot be unregistered at this time. Devices are still working manually, and new registrations are succeeding, but due to a 3rd party issue, we are unable to unregister. We are actively working the issue and will provide an update when resolved.
