As a result of the global Microsoft outage, a small percentage of our customers were impacted for several hours overnight. Most of our systems are back online and we'll continue to monitor closely and will share updates at status.resideo.com

Problems with 3rd party vendor causing several impacts for AlarmNet customers.
All Pro Series and LTEM-P devices failing on all services.
TC2 Application notifications and event processing are delayed.
