We are currently experiencing delays and failures in email processing due to an outage affecting one of our third-party providers, Mailjet. As a result, users may encounter issues with receiving email notifications, welcome emails for new registrations, and password reset messages.

Mailjet has identified the root cause of the disruption and is actively working to implement a resolution. We are in ongoing communication with their team and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Alarm delivery and in-app notifications not affected.
